Our Executve Chef Jeff Walker, has nearly 40 years experience in the ever changing and flamboyant art of Fine Cuisine. Walker Catering has been operating since 1994 and the team has built up a loyale clientele over the years. "Our Focus is to exceed our client's expectations and we are recognised for our personal service and quality cuisine" We cater for any type of function - from the very small to very large and at any venue.
Jeff is assisted by Aliera Buckley and Elsa Willmot in the main kitchen and the team pride themselves in excellent customer service. the very best food handling practices are in place when preparing the food in our licensed work place, so whether the food is served by our professional stewards or just delivered to your door, we receive excellent feedback on our quality service.
Our Stewards are highly polished professionals and our customers, always extend their compliements on the excellent service and how efficient the functions are orchestrated.
