Staff Charges for Stewards $52.50 per hour - (minimum 4 hours) The Chef is now included in the meal price, there is no extra charge for his services. All menu prices are on a per person basis and are now for a minimum 10 serves, unless arranged differently for your event. Fully Inclusive priced functions can also be quoted on.
