Bridget Noble Dear Jeff, Have been in NewZealand for the past two weeks since the party and have now returned. I just wanted to write and thank you for the splendid catering you did for my 60th. It was such a wonderful evening and I relaxed from woe to go. Had a feeling that everything was taken care of in the most perfect way, it was! The dinner was delicious as you said it would be, and there were many comments about how scrumtious it was. The staff you had were exemplary, it was an absolute delight to have you there doing your stuff, overseeing all and making things run smoothly. You have a special knack of making things seem effortless and your communication with me from the very beginning was priceless. I felt thoroughly looked after and was liberated from any sense of responsibility all night. What a way to go! Thank you for making the occasion so spectacularly successful. I am the manager of Telecom's Business Sales Centre in Queensland. The centre provides a venue for Telecom sales force to conduct business with their customers. In many cases the sales force require catering to also be provided. I have, prior to Walker Catering, used many different catering companies to service the needs of the sales force. Quality and reliability of a high standard is what I expect from a caterer. Over twelve months ago I had the pleasure of dealing with a company that had Jeff Walker and Rod Hagger as their catering staff. I was most impressed by the quality of the food supplied and their dedication to meet all my function requests. Most of the preparation and cooking is done in our kitchen and from my observations both Jeff and Rod have always applied their skills to ensure every detail is taken care of. I have on many occasions recieved comments from Telecom customers on the light lunches, buffet style and silver service luncheons, cocktail parties, hot and cold savouries etc. I have found no matter what size or type of function is being held, the standard and quality never changes. In my opinion it is nothing short of excellent. Since the establishment of Walker Catering I maintained my relationship with Jeff and Rod by enlisting Walker Catering as my caterer. Since then, the quality of service delivered by Walker Catering has exceeded my expectations. The quality of service has also been enhanced with the inclusion of Matthew Meharg to the team. It is my pleasure to write this letter for Walker Catering as I have no difficulty in recommending them to any company or business wishing to use their expertise.
